MBRX Program Terms and Conditions as of 2024

On behalf of PACO CONNECTIONS INC. (the “Company,” “we,” or “us”), we are excited that you’re registering for the MBRX Program! Your enrollment in the MBRX Program is conditional upon agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions (this “Agreement”).

The Company currently offers one product: an online, self-paced anxiety-healing program. Upon purchasing this program, you gain access to a comprehensive course designed to support your journey to overcoming anxiety. Additionally, your purchase includes access to the MBRX community, where Dr. Russ, the CEO of the Company, hosts monthly Zoom calls exclusively for program participants. These are the sole services provided as part of your enrollment in the MBRX Program.

The following agreement is entered into by and between You (“Client” or “You”) and the Company. We reserve the right to update, amend, or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, with any such changes taking effect 30 days after the date of the update. Your continued use of the MBRX Program following this 30-day period will constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.

 

MBRX Program & MBRX Community

The Company agrees to provide you with access to the MBRX Program (“Program”) and the MBRX community. The Program includes a self-paced online anxiety-healing course, and the MBRX community offers additional support through monthly Zoom calls hosted by Dr. Russ, the CEO of the Company. As a condition of participating in the Program and accessing the MBRX community, you agree to be bound by and to abide by all policies and procedures set out in this Agreement, including those incorporated by reference.

Service Offering, Privacy Policy and Disclaimer

The Company’s Service Offering, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer are hereby incorporated by reference into this agreement. Except as modified by this Agreement, each of those agreements and policies shall apply fully to your participation in the Program. In the event of a conflict between any of those policies and this Agreement, this Agreement shall govern.

Nature of the Relationship

Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to create a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship. The Company is agreeing only to provide you with access to the Program, which provides education and information. The information contained in the Program, including any interactions with the instructors, is not intended as, and shall not be understood or construed as, professional advice.

Fees

In consideration of Your access to the Program, you agree to pay a one-time fee of $97. Upon receipt of payment, you will receive full access to the MBRX Program and its associated online community.

No additional payments are required, and no subscription model applies to this Program.

 

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for the Program.

By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that all sales are final.

The Program

As part of the Program, we shall provide the following to you:

1. Access To Program Area
   You will receive access to an online area that includes meditations and video lessons.
2. Access To MBRX Online Community
   You will gain access to an online community where you can connect with other Program participants, seek guidance, and share insights. We encourage respectful engagement and adherence to community rules. Failure to abide by these rules may result in removal from the community without refund.
   
   

Ownership of All Intellectual Property

All content included as part of the Program, such as text, graphics, logos, images, as well as the compilation thereof, and any software used in the Program, is the property of the Company or its suppliers and is protected by copyright and other laws that safeguard intellectual property and proprietary rights.

The Company name, the Company logo, the Company slogan, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of the Company or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use such marks without the prior written permission of the Company.

You are granted a single-use, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Program content and resources. You agree not to modify, publish, transmit, reverse engineer, participate in the transfer or sale, create derivative works, or in any way exploit any of the content, in whole or in part, found in the Program.

Any infringement of the Company’s intellectual property will result in the immediate termination of your access to the Program, with no entitlement to a refund.

 

Confidentiality

The Company respects the privacy of its clients and will not disclose any information You provide except as set forth in this Agreement, unless permitted and/or authorized by law. As a condition of participating in the Program, you agree to respect the privacy of other participants and the Company’s proprietary information.

You hereby agree not to share any information provided in the Program with anyone other than the Company, its owners and employees, or other participants.

 

Personal Responsibility

By participating in the Program, you accept personal responsibility for the results of your actions. The Company provides educational and informational resources and makes no guarantees regarding outcomes. Your success depends on your efforts, your circumstances, and other factors outside the control of the Company.

Materials Provided by You During the Program

The Company does not claim ownership of the information or materials You may provide during the Program (including feedback and suggestions) or post, upload, input, or submit to any Website or associated services.

By submitting such materials, you grant the Company permission to use them for business purposes, including marketing.

 

No Warranties

The Company makes no warranties regarding the performance or operation of the Program. All materials, information, and services are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.

Limitation of Liability

The information in the Program is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It is intended to provide somatic, nervous-system-based education only. You should consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns.

By participating in the Program, you expressly waive and release any claims against the Company and its representatives related to your health status or use of the Program.

 

Arbitration

You expressly waive any claims arising out of or relating to the Program. Any such claims must be resolved through binding arbitration in Canada.

You waive any right to class arbitration, and any claim shall be conducted solely on an individual basis. You are responsible for all costs associated with initiating arbitration.

Indemnification

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PACO CONNECTIONS, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, causes of action, demands, recoveries, losses, damages, fines, penalties, or other costs or expenses of any kind, unless such harm was caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of the Company.

 

Termination and Access Restriction

The Company reserves the right to terminate your access to the Program if you become disruptive, violate guidelines, or breach this Agreement. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between You and the Company with respect to the Program.

Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.

Force Majeure

The Company shall not be held liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or technological failures.

Effective Date

This Agreement is effective as of November 26th, 2024.
